  2. Shipping Providers and Fulfillment
    We work with a network of third-party suppliers, primarily based in China, to fulfill our orders. Depending on the product purchased and your location, your order may be shipped directly from China to your specified address or first to our facilities in Nanaimo, BC, for final shipment. In some instances, orders may be divided into multiple shipments. While we strive to use reputable and reliable shipping partners, we cannot control third-party logistics, customs, or border clearance processes.
  3. Processing Times
    Order processing times may vary based on product availability, location, and other factors. Typically, orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. We will notify you via email if processing times are expected to exceed standard estimates.

4. Shipping Times and Possible Delays

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, product origin, and the customization of certain products. Once an order is shipped, typical delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada and USA: 8–30 business days
  • International Shipping: 15–45 business days

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Customs processing and border checks
  • Seasonal demand during holidays or sales events
  • Unforeseen logistical or weather-related challenges
  • Global supply chain disruptions
  • Additional time required for product customization

Telepathy Sports shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery due to such circumstances. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in tracking and resolving any delayed shipments. Please note that while we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, timelines cannot be guaranteed.


  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on local laws. We recommend that you consult with your local customs office for further information. Telepathy Sports is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or for any duties, taxes, or fees incurred.
  2. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages
    It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information when placing an order. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you, or if the package is returned to us due to refusal at the destination, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping the order. We shall not be liable for any loss or delay resulting from incorrect address details.
  3. Lost or Damaged Shipments
    If you believe your order has been lost in transit or if you receive damaged goods, you must notify us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the goods. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. In the case of verified lost or damaged items, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to product availability.
  4. Partial Shipments
    In some cases, orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. This may occur due to product availability, size, or logistical constraints. Each shipment will have a separate tracking number, which will be provided to you upon dispatch. Telepathy Sports is not responsible for additional customs fees, delays, or any inconvenience caused by partial shipments.
  5. Tracking Information
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch. We recommend monitoring the tracking status regularly to ensure timely delivery. Telepathy Sports is not liable for any tracking discrepancies or delays in updates provided by the carrier.
  6. Shipping Restrictions
    Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or limitations depending on destination country regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are allowed in your country. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot be shipped to certain regions or that violate local regulations.
  7. Cancellation and Changes
    Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

    Telepathy Sports is not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, pandemic-related disruptions, government actions, customs delays, and labor strikes.

We do not guarantee delivery times, and we are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from shipping delays or issues.
